    • Government Compliant A&E Procurement.

    • A&E Design Management per Lease Obligations.

    • Government Compliant Contractor Procurement.

    • Tenant Improvement Cost Summary (TICS) submission.

    • Negotiation of TI vs SHELL Costs.

    • Proposal Letter Generation with exclusions and clarifications that gets included in Government Notice to Proceed.

    • Oversight of Construction Activities.

    • Leading Owner, Architect, Contractor, Tenant progress meetings.

    • Review and approval of payment applications.

    • Travel to site or other locations as may be required to deliver complete project.

    • Review of site conditions and general compliance to design documents, lease requirements, etc.

    • Management of Project Closeout including specialty Government Close Out Requirements.
