The paradigm we find to be generally accepted for this market is that Property Owners and their Government Agency Tenants have an inherently adversarial relationship. These negative perspectives precipitate a lack of trust and confidence in all areas of the Project Team. This dysfunctional paradigm directly contributes to contentious dialogue, unnecessary delays, project overruns, and frustrated Project Teams.
At JWB Solutions we believe a different paradigm is not only possible, it is paramount to the efficient execution of complex government construction endeavors. We believe Owners and Tenants can collaborate around common goals to deliver space Owners can take pride in owning and Tenants can take pride in occupying. We believe Owners and Tenants can build spaces that meet their common goals at a price and within a timeframe that all parties find equitable.
JWB Solutions has 15 years of experience in all three of the critical disciplines needed to execute all aspects of Construction Project Management. Most of our competitors have in depth experience in only one or two of these areas.
JWB Solutions identifies areas of risk, communicates those risks to Ownership, develops steps to manage risks, and identifies areas of savings or additional Tenant funding that can be used to offset risks that would otherwise result in increased costs.
